Under the navigation bar can be available the stepper. 

This bar it is only inside dashboards, not in the app landing page.

The stepper let you navigate the dashboards in the same section, directly clicking on the label next to the number.

The stepper can also have a different layout as showed below:

The navigation is free unless the buttons are disabled and obscured.
