The bookmark feature allow to save the filters selection to recall later.

The feature is similar to the favourite of browsers.

BOOKMARKS LIST 

If bookmarks have already been saved, you will find for each of them: title, description, saved filters and creation date.

Clicking on an element of the list you will open the correspondent dashboard page, with the filters applied as in the bookmark configuration. 

You can search bookmarks with full-text mode by the search bar on the top of the section.

Moreover you can order the list by name or creation date by clicking on the button on the right of the search bar.

With a mouse-hover on listed filters you can see the set values for each filter saved.

Add a new bookmark

After setting the filters in the interested dashboard, click on the '+' button to create a bookmark on it. By default you will find the dashboard title as bookmark name, but you can click on '...' to edit it, for example, rename the bookmark, add an icon, add a description.

When the configurations are finished you can click on 'Save' and then see the new bookmark in your personal list.

Share a bookmark with a comment

You can share the bookmark with other users (who have access to your project app), click '...' which is on the right of the bookmark you want to share, then click 'Open'.

If the bookmark is never shared with other users, you will find this message on the top right of the section.

Click on the button 'Share' at the top left of the section, enable users who you want to share the bookmark with, only users who have access to this project will be shown in the list.

Add your comment on the bottom of the section

Notification

The user who you share a bookmark or a comment with will receive a notification via mail or directly on the platform.

You can configure the way you want to receive the notification.

Click on the button 'Notification setting' on the top right of section.

Enable the option you want to receive the notification.
