Status

There are 4 status of the page.

• Visible : the page is visible for all users.
• Disable : when the page is disabled, users can see the page with a 'Coming soon' label, but cannot open it.

• Hidden : the page is hidden for all users.
• Restricted : the page is only available to certain user groups.

When you select 'Restricted', the lock icon located in the upper right corner will be activated. Click on the lock to set the groups or roles that can see the page.

Type

There are 4 types of the page.

• Standard : There are multiple subpages in a page, with 'Standard' type, the display will be like:

• Open first child automatically : if you want to open the first subpage automatically after clicking on the parent page, instead of viewing icons of all subpages.
• No Searchable : we can search for existing pages using the search bar at the top of the dashboard, if a page is set to no searchable, it will not appear in the search results list.

• Link : we can set a link from one page to another
