Under the tool bar there's the navigation bar.

This bar is only visible when the user is inside a dashboard, not in the app landing page.

The elements is composed by are customizable for any installation, so in your version could be some differences.

1.  Breadcrumb

Navigation tool that recao the navigation path to the current dashboard.

Clicking on the text bring you to the correspondent section.

2.  Info button

Right side opening of the descriptive text for that dashbaord.

The 'Info' label and icon showed here can be different in your app.

3. Show/Hide filter bar

Show filter bar

4. Print dashboard

Print the current dashboard 

5.  Export dashboard

Export the current dashbord as JPEG or PDF

6.  Header stepper

The central icon open the list of available dashboards in the current section. The arrows icons let you navigate to the previous or to the next dashboard.
